Vintage is currently renovating the historic Eveready Powerhouse, which is located on the Battery Park premises. The structure of the powerhouse, with its landmark smokestack, will be salvaged and the building is going to be converted into a restaurant, market and community meeting place.

The Powerhouse will serve as the cornerstone for the Battery Park community and will serve both residents and the surrounding community. The new Eveready Powerhouse will show off a new roof, windows, clean brick exterior, and a deck overlooking the lake.
